Abstract: "Not your mama's CCA" - As a result of technological and economic advances and increased competition for university admissions the CCAs that students are engaged in around the world have become even more complex, engaging, and student-led. Student success must be determined by what students are engaging outside of class as much as how they are performing in class and all staff need to be on the forefront of engaging students in their passions and missions beyond the the academic curriculum.
