Abstract: As a classroom teacher, I feel a deep sense of the light that shines from the pure hearts of children, and I also feel the responsibility of being a teacher to take care of this nature and originality, so that it can be preserved and developed in later life. In this half-hour talk, I hope to share my personal experiences, suggestions and activity designs in the process of leading a class, such as how to help students with special needs, communication skills between home and school, and small activities that can increase class cohesion. The aim is to throw a brick in the wall to stimulate teachers' thinking and to initiate actions that can be passed on from one generation to the next.
