About the Workshop:

The primary purpose of this workshop is to demonstrate how academic competitions can be utilised as powerful tools for student agency rather than just contests. Participants will learn how to facilitate the shift from teacher-led to student-driven success, enabling students to develop a sense of ownership over their learning experience. By the end of the session, attendees will understand how to help students build confidence to lead and create student-led support networks that foster long-term friendships and peer-to-peer mentorship.
