Abstract: This lecture will cover the following four aspects:

1. Review relevant history, reflect on why contemporary people misunderstand traditional culture, and lead everyone to rebuild cultural confidence and believe in Chinese classics.

2. Combining contemporary hot educational events and ancient educational classics to interpret the core purpose of education - character education.

3. Combining the experience of character education in ancient times, to inspire everyone how to make beneficial supplements to Yew Wah's current practice of character education.

4. From the perspective of the class teacher, I will share the practical experience of carrying out home-school reading clubs, and talk about how to realize home-school cooperation in character education and achieve a more comprehensive character education.
