摘要: 随着教育变革快速发展,未来教育已经近在眼前,学校授课的模式、课程设置、班级授课、学科专业、教材为本、教师中心、标准化考试等等很多的传统教育元素都发生了巨大的转变。并且随着社会不断地迭代发展,必将持续推动教育形态的全面变革。在这样的时代背景下,我们也朝着学习共同体方向前进,不断升级自己的教育教学理念,锻炼底层思维,明确定位和发展规划,从而及时转换角色和状态,以适应新挑战与新要求。在本次工作坊中,我们将分享在“学习共同体”理念下,如何通过UbD的原则和方法来升级中文及中国研习课程,探索教学的多元性。同时,也会分享两个教学实例(中文语言&中国研习),最后希望和大家一起探讨中方教师的未来职业发展。

Abstract:
With rapid educational changes, the new era of education is within reach. The modes of teaching and learning, curriculum development, classroom delivery, disciplinary literacy instruction, textbook-based, teacher-centred, standardised assessments and many other traditional education features have undergone dramatic changes. As society continues to develop, it will undoubtedly continue to drive a comprehensive change in education. In this context, we are also moving towards a learning community, upgrading our educational philosophy, exercising and enhancing our bottom-line thinking, defining our roles and generating plans, so that we can shift our roles to meet the new challenges and requirements. In this workshop, we will share how the principles and methods of UbD have been used to upgrade the Chinese Language and Chinese Studies curriculum and explore the diversification of teaching and learning under the concept of "learning communities". We will also share two teaching examples (Chinese Language & Chinese Studies) and finally we would like to discuss with you the future professional development of Chinese teachers.
