Abstract: .This workshop will invite everyone to walk into the learning community of YCIS Beijing to understand the daily teaching practice and the stories behind its operation. We will take creative thinking, critical thinking, cooperative teaching and collaborative relationship as the four basic points, and discuss their connection with the best practices in the 12 values ​​of Yew Chung's early childhood education pedagogy. We will share the formulation of the learning community's operating routines, the personalized and diverse forms of cooperation plans, the challenges encountered in practice, and the responses to problems. I hope to take this exchange opportunity to sort out my own practical experience in the learning community based on the Yew Chung Early Childhood Education pedagogy, and to make more in-depth reflections on the Beijing Yew Chung Early Childhood Education Learning Community to meet the challenges.
