Abstract: The intended outcome of this workshop is to try to let the audience understand the importance of how being vulnerable can sometimes just solve some issues or help us clear some air with some people around us. The workshop will also try to encourage people to try and remove their mask of always being perfect and having a perfect life and  experiment with their vulnerability and see the positive results for themselves.
