This workshop will focus on key performance indicators for success (example to be used - Business Management) and how to use the data in conjunction with AI tools to generate useful reports that reinforce learning and provide valuable feedback to students so they can improve incrementally.

Content: How to derive KPIs for your subject. How to easily automate generic comments on data collected (shared Excel sheet) using AI and adapting it to subject-specific needs. Using data collected to draw progress reports, to automate & standardise ATL calculations etc. Using KPI data to generate (through AI) differentiation strategies, pairing strategies of students according to KPIs etc.

AI Tools: Poe.com tools - Claude Sonnet / ChatGPT etc. Using it to program basic HTML to produce a web-based reporting tool on the KPI data that can be downloaded in PDF form per student and distributed. Using it for grading a piece of work - allocating KPIs based on an uploaded piece of work.

Practical: Participants will be encouraged to ask questions after the session and to try out basic shared Excel spreadsheets and Poe.com tools to generate reports on data etc.
