摘要: 每个学生都是独一无二的。进入IB DP中文非母语B的学生尽管年龄相仿,但是他们的成熟程度、性别、个性、能力、志向、兴趣、学习动机、文化、语言水平以及社经背景却各不相同,而智能、认知风格和学习风格又构成了他们的不同学习特性。因此,在教与学中,教师除了要掌握IB DP课程内容及特色外,还需要照顾学生的多样性,关注个体差异。讲者将从教师、学生、课堂组织以及课程四个维度与大家一起探究如何针对国际高中生的多样性,设计、实施有效的教学策略,从而提升他们的各项技能。

Abstract: Every student is unique. Although all the students who are taking the IB DP Chinese language (CAL) B programme belong to the same age group, they vary in maturity, gender, personality, ability, ambition, interest, learning motivation, culture, language level and socioeconomic background, while their intellect, cognitive and learning styles make them even more different from one another as learners. Hence, apart from helping students master the content and features of the IB DP curriculum, teachers also need to cater for their students’ individual differences. In this workshop, together with the participants, the speaker will explore how to enhance various skills in this diversified group of students through creating and implementing some effective strategies in terms of the following four aspects, namely teacher, student, classroom organization and curriculum.
