Abstract: In this workshop I will give you practical tips to all teachers about how to build a student profile for every one of your students. This will help you understand your students’ personality type, likes, dislikes, passions, hobbies, interests, strengths, and weaknesses. There are simple steps you can take to build a solid relationship with your students by intentionally connecting and engaging with them daily. I will share various strategies and activities to help you not only get to know your students better, but to help students understand themselves. Our goal is to help students develop and find the right place for their future. This workshop is for any teacher that is looking to build up a personal file and portfolio on every student to help them grow and develop along their journey of life. It will help you with practical ways to support each student to invest in community, reflect, grow, and develop. This presentation is open to any teacher from year 7 to 13. It will be useful to understand the holistic child and help empower them along their journey.
