Abstract: A hundred children have a hundred languages, and a hundred children have a hundred thoughts. Education is based on children, observation is the first step in education, and listening is the premise of education. The "dialogue" between teachers and young children is the most interesting and meaningful. The quality of the "dialogue" between teachers and children is directly related to whether we can effectively realize the joint construction of learning between teachers and students. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to the "dialogue" with children and learn to understand children's various "languages" and ideas.
