Abstract: It is a requirement of the basic education curriculum that educators help students to develop their number sense. Through a wide variety of games and activities, lower-grade students will not only be able to develop their interest in mathematics, but also to foster their number sense. In this presentation, I am going to provide some practical and feasible games as examples so that teachers may learn how to make use of the things in our daily lives to create some innovative activities for the mathematics lessons.
