About the Workshop:

工作坊通过设计，把学生领导力培养嵌入日常校园生活，让学生在服务他人中发展能力 + 品格，并成为连接校园与社区的积极行动者。参与者能了解我校学生会的愿景、结构与六大领域如何提供持续、真实的领导练习机会；理解慈善与服务学习如何同时促进领导技能和品格养成（同理心、责任感、坚韧、尊重），构思至少一个适合自己岗位的“小而具体”的学生领导力项目或职责或未来 4–6 周内落实一项具体行动，更好支持学生领导力与品格发展。
