About the Workshop:
This workshop invites participants to shift from "my lesson" to "our lesson" by exploring restorative practices and student-centred dialogue designed to support neurodiverse students. Through hands-on tools like the "Project of Me" and collaborative mental modelling, educators will learn to identify student strengths and illicit needs in a productive, respectful way. The intended outcome is for participants to gain confidence in using replicable, visible tools that build trust and improve self-regulation for both teachers and students.
