Abstract: The B Trilogy: The Right State of Mind in the COVID-19 era. Just like everyone else in the world, teaching professionals have been living in uncertainty for almost two years now. In an era where everything changed in an instant. Where we had to come to terms with the fact that we were not going to see our loved ones or go back to the place we call home. These past two years of fear and loneliness have had a tremendous impact on our mental health, our well-being, and our lives. Not just personally but also professionally. The great Roman philosopher Cicero said: “The face is the mirror of the mind, and eyes without speaking confess the heart”. Our students can tell if we are in a good mental state when they enter the classroom. We cannot hide our feelings especially when we have been in the same state of mind for so long. Our mood affects our students’ mood. We can’t help it. Nevertheless, as educators, our moral obligation is to project a positive, happy image. How can we accomplish that? I invite you to join me in this workshop where I help you create a simple yet effective visual to stop feeling overwhelmed and frustrated; a mind map that will change your mindset and make you feel empowered to project an optimistic image for the well-being of yourselves and your students’.
