摘要：2021-2022新教师学习小组属新教师培训计划的核心部分。在学习小组里，我们期待每位教师都能成为主动的学习者，并就个人或小组共拟的专业课题进行探究。在探究进行及结束时，教师以耀中耀华12个价值观及其相关概念作为一个重要的视角，对课程及教学中所拟的课题进行反思。本工作坊可以视为这个计划的中期分享会，会中我们将邀请三至四个不同校区的学习小组向大家说明他们的学习目标、内容及实践，并分享自己对12价值观中「学生观」或/及「关系」两大板块的一些思考与感悟。

Abstract: The 2021 – 2022 New Teachers’ Study Group is part of our New Teachers’ Training Programme. Every teacher in this study group is expected to be an active learner and participate in discussions on a wide range of topics proposed either by a particular member or by the whole group. Throughout the discussion, teachers will examine, based on the YCYW 12-Values and their related concepts, each topic in the curriculum. This workshop can be considered as a mid-term review of the training programme in which 3 to 4 study groups belonging to different campuses will share their learning objectives, content and practices for the study group, as well as their thoughts about the two main aspects concerning the 12-Values, namely “Our Perception of Students” and “Relationships”.
