摘要：香港耀中小学部实行「学习共同体」理念，在学习共同体中推行「项目式学习」，旨在培养应对21世纪挑战的终身学习者。本次工作坊将回顾本年度6年级为期9周的一次项目式学习实践，从「跨学科融合」、「中文一、二语融合」、「学习差异融合」等几个方面，探讨如何在项目式学习中，进行语言、学科以及差异的融合。期待通过此次分享，与各校区的老师们交流融合教学经验，并改进、优化项目式学习教学设计。

Abstract: The YCIS Hong Kong Primary Section has implemented the concept of "Learning Communities" through "project-based learning", aiming to develop lifelong learners who are able to meet the challenges of the 21st century. This workshop will review a 9-week project-based learning experience in Year 6 this year. It will also explore how to integrate language, subjects and differentiation in project-based learning from the perspectives of "cross-curricular integration", "integration of Chinese as a first language and Chinese as a second language" and "integration of learning differences". We hope to share our teaching experiences with teachers from different schools, and to improve and refine our project-based learning programme.
