Abstract: Cooperating teachers consciously engage in the Observation-Reflection-Response (ORR) cycle to respond to the interests and needs of young children as they emerge. This workshop focuses on sharing three aspects of ORR practice: firstly, sharing through case studies how to follow up on supporting the different interests of children in the class at the same time; secondly, how to focus on individual children's learning during ORR; and thirdly, how to respond to children's needs by changing the setting to create a scene arrangement.
