本主题的工作坊将结合在耀华学校担任班主任工作的经历，针对中学阶段特别是初中阶段学生的特点，教育理论的指导，对初中阶段班级学生的管理进行介绍与讨论。通过对学生整体与个例的分析与展示，为班主任的班级管理工作提供一定的思路与建议。

Abstract:  At junior high school stage, adolescents will undergo changes in the physical, psychological, cognitive, personality and social realms which will pose challenges to classroom management. In order to ensure that the process of teaching will go smoothly, effective classroom management has become an indispensable part of school education.

This workshop, based on my experiences of being a class teacher in a Yew Wah school, the general characteristics of junior high school students and a number of educational models, will introduce and discuss some classroom management techniques for junior high school students. It is hoped that participants, as class teachers, will gain insights into the skills of classroom management through case studies.
