Our 2-day organisation-wide Professional Development Days is shaped by the contributions and sharing from our community. This year’s theme is "Transforming Education, Empowering Humanity: China’s Contributions to the Understanding of International Education".

 

Education has long been recognized as a catalyst for change and growth. It has the power to shape minds, bring forth innovation, and ignite societal progress. As we navigate an increasingly interconnected global landscape, it is critical that we continually explore new horizons in education to empower individuals and thereby uplift humanity as a whole.

 

China's rich cultural heritage and commitment to academic excellence have propelled it to the forefront of global education discourse. Throughout our event, we will delve into a wide array of topics that touch upon transforming education globally and hold particular significance as we shine a spotlight on China’s contributions to the field of international education.

 

We have invited keynote speakers to join us and present on topics aligned with our event theme and we look forward to their engaging insights. This year, more than 2,000 colleagues from all YCYW divisions and schools join us to take part in the symposium and share their perspectives. More than 40 workshops and presentations, planned and delivered by our own colleagues, will be offered throughout the event in connection with our theme ‘Future Readiness’.
