The purpose of this workshop is to demonstrate how literature and research in print (blogs, book chapters and journal articles) and video and audio sources, can be easily and professionally presented in a user (practitioner) friendly medium such as a podcast, briefing documents, a timeline of events, frequently asked questions and study guides. Google NotebookLM is a free AI-powered research assistant that helps users analyse and organize information from numerous sources. NotebookLM becomes an expert across the documents and sources uploaded and is designed to help users understand complex topics, brainstorm ideas and collaborate with others. Subsequently, NotebookLM presents a medium which is user friendly for various groups in the school community: school leaders, teachers, parents, and students. Hence, the platform increases the likelihood of key findings to be delivered and understood by different community stakeholders. Activities will involve uploading various documents tailored for different sectors of the school community and witnessing the AI research assistant’s accuracy, effectiveness, and impact. Thus, encouraging participants to integrate this technology into their daily work.
