摘要:兴趣是最好的学习动力,学龄前的小朋友最喜欢的事情就是玩耍,当我们能进入孩子的世界和他们一起玩,学习就是水到渠成的事情。对于普通话非母语的小朋友,我们更需要感知他们的兴趣,了解他们的文化,看见他们的热爱并追随。运用他们的思维,进行以孩子为主导教学活动,将普通话学习融入在孩子们的日常玩耍和互动中。他们就会从中产生学习普通话的乐趣、自主性和动力。依据耀中的十二个教育价值观,我们通过建立密切的师生关系、以小朋友为中心的生成课程,以及展示记录小朋友学习历程的课室环境,来帮助普通话非母语的小朋友学习普通话。

Abstract: The best way to learn is to be driven by interest. All pre-school children love playing. When we play with them, learning will arise in a natural way. In order to help non-Mandarin speakers to learn Mandarin, we must first seek to learn about their interests and their cultures i and then plan lessons in the light of these findings. Through integrating Mandarin learning into games and interactions, we can help students  find pleasure and motivation in learning the language. By following the principles of the YCYW 12 Values, teachers may also encourage non-Mandarin speaking students to learn Mandarin through building a close relationship with them, adopting a child-centred approach in teaching and displaying students’ learning progress in the classroom.
