摘要:几乎每一位教师的班上都有学习困难的学生,通常表现为学习无动力、难专注、干扰课堂,甚至对学习任务强烈抵抗。学生对学习产生抗拒的原因多且复杂,需要老师们持续通过多元化的数据收集,建构学生比较完整的“学习画像”,包括学生的性格差异,兴趣爱好,个人经历,学习能力和偏好,家庭支持与态度、学习环境、知识接受度等。本讲座会基于分享者的成功案例,浅谈如何通过数据的收集与分析对学习困难的学生进行差异化教学与有效干预,同时和大家分享一些可用于中文教学的干预策略。

Abstract: Almost every teacher has come across students with learning difficulties in their classes. The problems are usually manifested in ways such as lack of motivation, poor concentration, classroom disruptions, or struggling with their learning tasks. The reasons for students' struggles with learning are varied and complex. By referring to a wide variety of data, teachers should be able to understand their students in all aspects, including their personalities, interests, experiences, learning abilities and preferences, family support and disposition, learning environment, and knowledge receptivity.
Drawing on my successful cases, I will share how we can implement differentiated teaching and effective interventions for students with learning difficulties through data collection and analysis, as well as some intervention strategies that are available for Chinese language teaching.
