摘要:老师对生成课程(及称为应机课程)的理解是什么?老师已了解相关的理念和实践吗? 在进行生成课程时,在理解或应用上有哪些挑战?「环境」在推动课程时起了什么作用? 生成课程是一个以儿童为中心和以游戏为基础的学习模式。课程是由小朋友的兴趣或探研来展开学习。透过老师提供的环境刺激或相关的延伸活动,并融入七大范畴的学习领域和耀中十二个价值观,来支援小朋友在各范畴的发展。 是次工作坊,我们将了解小朋友是怎样学习的,我们怎样知道他真正的兴趣? 这些兴趣对课程有什么启示或又有何延伸之活动?最重要是,我们会一同探讨老师的角色和带动课程的技巧。透过分享和讨论在生成课程教学中的不同例子,尝试运用观察、反思和回应三个步骤来了解生成课程是怎样进行,从而解答以上问题。此外,透过工作坊的互相交流、分享及启发思维,让参与者一同学习、互相激励,并共同推动专业发展,提升教学技能。

Abstract: How do teachers understand emergent curriculum? Are they able to master the relevant concepts and teaching practices? What are the challenges facing teachers when implementing this curriculum? What role does “environment” play in learning? Emergent curriculum adopts the child-centred and play-based learning approach, centering on students’ interests and their desire to explore. The holistic development of students is achieved through providing them with provocations and activities, as well as their learning about the 7 major areas and the YCYW 12 Values.
In this workshop, we are going to investigate how children learn and how we can find out their real interests. What are the implications of their interests for the curriculum? What kind of activities are suitable for this way of learning? These questions will be addressed through the sharing of our own experiences. Finally, we will also explore the roles of teachers and the skills required to teach the class.
