摘要:机构今年提出了12个价值观框架,12个价值观可以分类为学生观、关系、教学及语言四个部分。这12个价值观虽始发于幼教部,但它的信念与精神可以说是各年龄层共通与可操作的,机构现把这些信念更好地统整并辅以理论与计划来落实。作为前线教师,我们可能没有很详尽的研究或理论,但是却不约而同地在实践的层面把理念不断落实。理论框架放诸不同学段应该体现出不同的特色及面貌,以更好响应年龄特征与学段要求。本工作坊是针对高中学段的需要,以前线老师的实战经验,分享12个价值观中学生观与教学两个板块的一些信念细则,课程与教学活动设计考虑及检讨操作成果。分享过程间以互动,让不同校区老师能有机会交流,探视一下在大框架与条文下活生生的学与教,让文字与人结合,体现同一价值信条下的个性化教学,同一价值观下的不同学段重点与操作,成为有生命的教学实例。

Abstract: This year, the organisation has developed a framework of 12 values, which can be classified into four categories: Student Perspectives, Relationships, Teaching and Language. The YCYW ECE developed the 12 values and the beliefs and spirit embodied in them can be shared and implemented across all age levels. As frontline teachers, we may not have a very extensive background in research or theory, but, we are able to put the concept into practice in a consistent manner. The theoretical framework should be applied to different levels with different characteristics and profiles in order to respond to the needs of different age groups. This workshop is targeted at the needs of the Upper Secondary section, and in it we will  share the practical experience of frontline teachers, the 12 values of secondary school students and teaching and learning in two areas, the design of courses and teaching activities is considered and operational outcomes are reviewed. The sharing process will be interactive so that teachers from different school regions can have the opportunity to exchange ideas and explore how learning and teaching are brought to life within a framework and context, so that the combination of language and humanity, the individualised teaching of the same values, and the focus and operation of different levels under the same values, can become an authentic example of teaching and learning.
