摘要:中国研习课是耀中耀华教育机构的特色课程之一,它具有划时代、跨学科、协作性这三个基本性质。中国研习课程具有通识性,它与语言、历史或别的文化科目不同,但又与这些科目及自然地理、科技艺术等紧密联系。如何在学习共同体中打破学科界限,使中国研习课与其它科目进行有机、有效的联系,取它科之“石”,攻本科之“玉”?上海耀中浦东校区中学部的老师们在概念性理解教学设计的指导下进行了初中部中国研习课程跨学科教学的一些尝试。通过这些尝试,旨在以学生为主导的系统性学习中,帮助学生达致获得知识与技能、行为与态度,同时拓展思维的目标。

Abstract: Chinese Studies is one of the distinctive programmes of Yew Chung and Yew Wah. It is characterised by being interdisciplinary and collaborative, and it has a long history. Although the programme differs in various ways from language, history or other cultural studies, it does have a close connection with each of them as well as with physical geography and design & technology. As a Chinese classic saying goes, “Stone from other hills may serve to polish the jade of this one.”  How can we break down the barriers between disciplines so that Chinese Studies can integrate with other subjects in a dynamic and effective manner? By referring to the conceptual understanding model, secondary school teachers of YCIS Pudong have attempted to adopt an interdisciplinary approach to conducting the Chinese Studies lessons so that students will be able to acquire the knowledge and skills, behaviours and attitudes as well as broaden their minds through their learning.
