Abstract: This is the fourth meeting of the 2021 – 2022 YCYW New Teachers’ Training Programme. Previously, we have already learned about the YCYW 12 Values, examined our perceptions of children/students and the importance of teacher-student relationships. In this workshop teachers will re-examine the connection between learning and teaching, and on this basis discuss the issues concerning the learning environment, motivation and autonomy of students in learning.
