摘要：在《艺术治疗在儿童情绪的应用》工作坊中，我们会把艺术治疗的策略融入耀中耀华十二个教育价值观中，来支持小朋友的心灵健康成长。  作为教育工作者，我们视儿童为独立的个体，尊重他们的想法，相信他们是富创造性，且会主动探索。而艺术治疗就是透过不同形式的艺术探索内心的想法，从而找出个人问题或潜能。 当中的策略，是让儿童透过自由创作，把潜意识中在乎的事件自然地表现出来，从中帮助他们整合个人情感和意念。过程中，我们会透过提问，引导儿童思考问题和解决方法，并适时给予恰当的语言帮助他们表达。 从而提升他们的口语表达能力来抒发个人情绪，缓和内心的冲突，及寻找解决问题的方法。

Abstract:  In this workshop, we will integrate art therapy strategies with the YCYW 12-Values to support children's mental growth. As educators, we see children as individuals, respecting their ideas and believing that they are creative and will take the initiative to explore. Art therapy is an approach to explore the inner thoughts through different forms of art in order to identify individual problems or potential. The strategy is to allow the children to express their subconscious feelings and ideas through a free flowing creative process that allows them to express naturally what they care about. Through questioning, we guide the children to think about problems and solutions, and give them the right words to help them express themselves. This will enhance their ability to express their emotions, ease their inner conflicts and find solutions to their problems.
